“After 2 years of waiting, finally the finished product of Georges IV is available. November 2013 was one of the last brews, where he was present. The Deca Team wanted an outstanding beer as in memory of Georges (4th generation of brewers in the family). This is the reason why Georges IV aged nearly 2 years in oak barrels with whiskey. This beer in unique with the known tastes of oak, whiskey and vanilla. Blonde beer of 8°”

Prodotti di questa qualità non si dimenticano facilmente: se al naso un lievissimo aroma di acido butirrico non rende l’ olfazione perfetta ma altamente godibile, in bocca è straordinaria con un mix di whiskey, quercia, vaniglia su base Belgian Golden Strong Ale. Ma l’ eccellenza la raggiunge con un tocco sour che si innesta a metà beva; questo fa la differenza e aggiunge freschezza, complessità e dinamicità all’ esperienza gustativa, proiettata ai massimi livelli. Birra di enorme qualità, di infinità bontà e di strepitosa capacità brassicola: tutto ciò me la fa identificare in un capolavoro.
