Gli olandesi di Uiltje hanno ben chiare le idee nel proporre questa NEIPA: spingere al massimo sul fruttato, rinunciando a un po’ di amarezza (e si sente, la trovo un pochino sbilanciata) e luppolando davvero moltissimo questa Juicy Lucy. Quindi è facile riconoscere pompelmo, pesca, mango, ananas ma anche balsamico (eucalipto) e leggero resinoso. Malto ai minimi termini con un accenno di granaglie. Amaro basso e secchezza secchezza, profilo fermentativo neutro. Un po’ troppo sapida in bocca e con una avvertibile astringenza, garantisce un buon piacere di bevuta a patto di amare la frutta (specie quella tropicale) e non attendersi una controparte significativa (che sia amaro o secchezza).
